Privacy Notice

CleanPass ("we", "us", "our") provides mobile waterless car wash services to complexes, estates and office parks in Johannesburg. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who Sees Your Information

Our technicians only receive the minimum information needed to complete your wash: your complex name, unit number, vehicle details and wash type. They do not receive your name, phone number or email.

WhatsApp (Meta) is used to send you booking confirmations and your voucher. This means your phone number is shared with WhatsApp as the messaging platform when we contact you.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your booking and voucher information for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal requirements, and no longer. Completed bookings and expired vouchers are automatically removed from our active systems after 24 months.
